Purchased the W800i phones from them... prices were good considering here Unipage sells for $439 plus taxes...

phones were packed with a silicone cover as well (free)... but i ain't happy with the order...the following are problems i have encountered... First of all, the 1st phone works fine until I noticed that the computer software did not detect the phone. I wasn't able to transfer any MP3 files to the phone (but it will charge). The Disc2Phone software wasn't able to detect the 1st W800i, but it did on the 2nd phone. Secondly, the 2nd phone weren't able to delete some of the default files (ringtones) that the 1st phone was able to. Furthermore, the button above the 'c' button is half broken as compared to the 1st phone. If you didn't press on the button in the center (like slanted on one side, it will give a 'click' sound from it, where it won't from the 1st phone. Now that I came back to the 1st phone, the phone turns on and stucks on the Sony Ericsson's logo page and all the lights of the phone turns on. It does not load to the main screen like before that you can choose a menu for the settings.

Overall, I am very disappointing that the phones (W800i) didn't work as it is right out from the box. Oh, didn't mention that the hard plastic box from the phones were cracked...that means they have dropped the phone from a certain height in order to crack the cases...

--- got replied from Markways a few days back, they are doing an exchange for me, is great that they will cover/reimburse my shipping charges to them as well...will update more if i receive the phones tmr...

--- good service from markways, talked to Leo...they shipped me the new phones via FexEx Priority OverNight...but stupid FedEx left them at the door step (they didn't even wait for me to open the door and they left)... the phones worked fine, and i had to ship the defective phones back, they instantly reimbursed me the shipping charges after they tracked the package...

to bad they posted the $15 off $250 coupons just today...

I didn't get a tracking number, but they said it was shipped on a friday, and it came to my house on tuesday. 2 business days is what they said, and that's what I got.

I later found out it was just 2 dead zones so I canceled the exchange. Oh and where else can you meet in person to pick up your phone, with an excellent price that when I purchased it the he matched online ebay pricing, yet I could make sure the phone worked on the SPOT. He also has a 30 day money back guarantee. I was also given a value pack with a whole lot of other goodies.

Markways is a very good seller even with taxes its still cheaper than most places and even if its at par with HOWARD FORUMS remember you get warranty and service from him. Yes you maybe can get it for the same or less via a private dealer but why do that when you can get it through and established seller with a store/website.

i would only buy from him now due to warranty and he lives close to me so i have easy access if i have any issues. also: Momax Value Pack is cheap. you get so much and quality is amazing not like the cheap CHINA ones.

He is a great guy...the carrying case did not fit properly and he right away met me to exchange it for one that fits better....not many places will do that for you. Also there is no store just via internet or meet up with him but again very trust worthy.....trust me he is......

I received several phone calls today from Markways , and when I called them back (was at work), they apologized about the delay in my phone. They said FedEx lost my package.

Anyways, someone from Markways , drove all the way to my work to bring me my phone They also threw in a value pack for the trouble. I work at the Mississauga-Oakville border so I definitely appreciated that.

Phone was brand new and came with everything. No problems with the phone. Loving it!!

Thanks for everything. Love the phone. Bringing it to my work was very appreciated.
