Although, there was a little problem with FedEX, you were gracious enough to give me a personal call and let me know what happened, as well as throw in a value pack to make up for it.

I also appreciated the rebate that was given AFTER I purchased the phone.

Excellent customer service, and I would do business again.

I was curious as to the best place to buy a v3i in toronto, but quite honestly im really happy that i bought it from Markways. I bought it about 2-3 weeks ago. You can call in and do a pick-up/meet up with them.

They are really nice there and they try their best to make you happy, they were out of stock of something that was suppose to be in my package when we meet but he sent it in the mail a few days later.

Canadapost messed up the order, but he shipped out a second by puralator for no charge.

I'm really happy with the way it went. Oh and free shipping.

I was worried to pay for the customs and duties in before since lots of companies say that they are based in Canada but they ship the products from other places and I ended up losing plenty of money.

This is one fantastic phone and as good as I thought my Nokia 6270 was, this one just blows it away. When I get a chance, I'll write a little review. Very, very happy with my purchase! All I need is a nice case for it. :)

Hey, Just passing along some feedback. Like anyone living in Canada knows the cellphones offered by the major carriers are usually years behind the rest of the world, so if you're looking for the latest and greatest you usually have to go elsewhere. And at times buying an unlocked cellphone online can be risky.

I recently bought 2 Nokia E61 phones from Markways, and while I was a little nervous about buying from them at first I have to say I am thoroughly happy I ended up buying from them. Not only did they answer every email I sent them with questions about the phone (and I sent quite a few) but they did so usually with a half-hour turnaround! And, since we're both in the GTA they actually dropped the phones off late on a Saturday night at my apartment so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday morning for FedEx to deliver them! Anyone who's ever patiently waited for a new phone to arrive will appreciate that service.

I've already recommended Markways to other friends who are phone shopping and there's no doubt Markways will be the first store I turn to when I'm looking to upgrade again.

I’ve recently bought the Qtek S200 from markways.com and got the best price ever, and save an additional $15 from this RFD coupon too! Dang. I received the unit within 2 days from my order and have been using my all in one pda the last couple of weeks. Who needs to carry an MP3player,pda and cell phone when u can have it all in one unit. Definitely recommend this pocketpc phone to anyone.
