I ordered the W810i the day before Canada Day, June 31st. With that said, I was told the earliest I could pick up the phone would be on Tuesday, after the holiday. But I needed it faster than that. So I called and spoke with a gentelman and he explained that he was on his way out to make a delivery and we arranged to meet up and complete the transaction.

The phone was brand new, unlocked and included all accessories advertised on Markways.com. All I did was insert my SIMcard and turn on the phone and I was up and running again.

Very satisfied customer with nothing but good things to say.

In addition to having unbeatable prices, Markways has shown excellent customer service and communication throughout the whole course of the transaction.

I would like to thank Markways for a great transaction and I am confident that I will turn to them again for my future phone/electronic needs.

Hi markways: thanks for the reply, could your technician determine the exact cause of the problem ?? if he's sure it's about software then reload the firmware seems the right thing to do.. if i's not i'd rather get a replacement than use this one and send it back again.. btw, wednesday sounds...  Expand
