Hey guys...got the phone and the voicemail/email. I never was asked for an unlock code...got the micro-sim from Rogers.

Listen, I have to tell you that in years (when DVD's first came out) to today, buying DVD player, phones, video cameras, home appliances, and even cars online....you guys by FAR offered THE BEST customer service. The updates and your special attention makes me want to recommend anyone that I know is looking for a product you sell. No bull and you can quote me.

Phone is great, still working on getting my head around some stuff. The phone this one is replacing is almost 7 years old (an HTC TyTNII).

I have finally received my blackberry z10 from markways.com. Been waiting for a few day but it's worth the wait. I have something that want to say is this company is reliable, honest. After I placed the order online, their staff gave me a call the next day telling me they could not deliver the phone to my immediately, they told me I was on their waiting list as there were people placed the order ahead of me. Few days later, they called me and I received an email from them as well, telling me my phone has been shipped and just an hour ago, fedEx delivered the phone right at my door. I am extremely happy with their service and I would rate them an A+. Good comminucation, good pricing, honest and reliabile. I will tell my friends, relatives, co-workers and my gf to buy from this company.

I had a very positive experience dealing with Markways and especially Phil. When I discovered my phone was suffering from a small network problem, I was told that I could simply return it to them and they would take care of it or replace the phone. I had a very positive experience dealing with Markways and especially Phil. When I discovered my phone was suffering from a small network problem, I was told that I could simply return it to them and they would take care of it or replace the phone. There was an unfortunate mix up with Canada Post and my package had been lost in the mail. Phil went far out of his way to take care of some of the dealings with the investigation by Canada Post. He spoke with them on the phone on my behalf and assured me not to worry, that the problem would be taken care of no matter what. He was very reassuring and went beyond expectations in taking on the situation himself. One could never expect that sort of customer service from any other company, at least in my experience. That is why when I received the insurance from CPost, I went right back to Markways to purchase the exact same phone. He hand delivered it to me and gave me a discount for being a loyal customer.

I would recommend them to anyone looking to stay away from the big companies with pressured sales staff and overpriced products.

Excellent customer service, easy to communicate with and reliable.

Phil turned a really bad situation into a great experience. Thank you!

markways.com is a great online store - December 18, 2012

markways.com is a great online store as they have such a wide range of products. Im from New Brunswick and it is hard to get good prices or even shops that sell the item I need for PC gatdgets and accessories, but markways.com has them all!
