- Hello Philip, That's really great to hear! I was really disappointed to hear that the Desire you are offering now does not support 3g in Canada. But if Markways is selling the NA version next month, I will be very happy to purchase it from your company then. - Dear Markways, This is my first tine buying a phone from the Internet...I was sceptical at first since there are so many fake not legit websites out there. I made a research and found you guys...and gladly I made the right choice.
The support was awesome, the delivery was fast and I even received a bag. Cool!

- I would say that you not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. leaves me scratching my head trying to think of something, for everything from service to price cannot be matched. That being said, if there is one area which could use some improvement, i would have to say that your web site could be kept more up to date with respect to the availability of products for sale.

I spoke to my visa company and you are correct that this is not a charge yet a "pending authorization" which means that there is a hold on my account up to 10 business days. At present time I am unable to make further purchases on my visa unless the merchant contacts visa customer service department at #1800-387-6556 and clears/cancels this authorization.

- Hi Philip, thanks for the quick reply. I misunderstood the rogers branding and took it for the phone being locked. When I first got the phone, all the shortcuts were rogers applications and all of the default wifi settings were set to the rogers network. However, after some further investigation I realized these things were easily removed or fixed. I appologize for the confusion. I just want say thanks for the great service and I'll be sure to recommend people to your website and I hope to do business with you again soon.
