January 12, 2008 - Hi Leo, I did receive the Blackberry Unlock Code to my email very quickly which I considered excellent service. I was also happy with the price.

However; when I did goto order the code...it was confusing.

Your current 'shopping cart' software is no doubt meant to support people that order handsets. After selecting the unlock code, it than asks about shipping which doesn't make sense. So in order to not add additional charges, I selected to 'pick up in person' followed by paying through 'direct interac email'... your instructions ask me to send an amount of approx. $1.24 with the remaining to be delivered in person. I was able to make sense of this and send the correct amount; but these are issues that could be addressed to make the buying process more straightforward for the customer.
