April 6, 2006 - I have purchased my W810i from Markways (the sales person is called Mark) last Tuesday!! After I found that they are selling the W810i for a good price, I eMailed and asked how I could do a local pickup. He responded to me in a timely manner and stated that he could do a personal delivery to my house since he lives very close to me. I got the phone the next day.
Markways has excellent customer service and Mark even called me 2 days after to check how I liked the phone...
