January 9, 2007 - Dear Markways, There is always doubt when you deal with a new company and I had major concerns after the difficulty with my order. BUT, I was able to pick it up on Saturday just before my son left for school in Australia – it was a gift so he can stay in touch.

Special thanks to David who went out of his way to make things happen - calling personally to make sure. He gave excellent service.
