ASUS Eee PC S101 (Graphite)
An executive netbook? Called the Eee PC S101, it is Asus' latest effort to create a new niche in netbook computing. It attempts to re-create the premium look and feel of an ultra-portable notebook, but with the processing power and price more familiar to netbooks.
The Asus Eee PC S101, an ultra-thin 10.2-inch netbook. The S101 is 0.75-inches thin and weighs 2.3 pounds. It features the Intel Atom N270 processor, 1GB of RAM, and hybrid storage that consists of a 16GB solid state drive and 30GB HDD. The mate display has a resolution of 1024-by-600 pixels and uses LED backlight.
The netbook also includes a web camera, 802.11n wireless module, Bluetooth, multi-card reader, and multi-touch trackpad.
The netbook comes in “copper brown” and “graphite” versions and provides 5.4 hours of battery life.
