LG Optimus 3D
Now with the Optimus 3D, LG has won the race to bring out the first 3D phone and that too without any extra requirement to wear 3D glasses.
The 3D handset is powered by a dual-core 1GHz ARM Cortex-A9 processor and has the Texas Instrument OMAP4430 chipset. LG claims that the “dual-channel and dual-memory architecture” makes the phone work twice as fast as its competitors. The phone is a bit on the heavier side with an approximate weight of 168g, but that is to be expected because it integrates the 3D technology inside it. Most users claim that its bulky weight actually adds a feel of reliability to this innovative Smartphone.
With the LG Optimus 3D, users can also capture pictures and full HD videos in 3D and view them later on the large 4.3 inch screen of the phone. The screen has a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and the WVGA resolution is a treat for the eyes.
Other features include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, a personal organizer, USB syncing and mass storage, GPS, a music player, 8GB of internal memory, a 1,500 mAh battery, and support DLNA/HDMI connection.
